How do I regulate my clock when it is running fast or slow?

How many years will my new Howard Miller Clock last?

Howard Miller uses only the best quality German Keininger clock movements in all their mechanical clocks. I have seen these movements run for 38 years without any problems. Typically, most of the Grandfather, Wall and Mantel clocks will run "trouble free" for 20 to 30 years. After that point, a new movement can be installed for another 20 to 30 years of life.

What are the new features of the Howard Miller Grandfather clocks?

Most of the Grandfather clocks now have a "night off" selection switch. The clock stops chiming and striking at 10PM and resumes at 7:15AM in the morning.
